SIGVA Terms of Service
“SIGVA Operations” (run by an individual. Name and address details are not published; when a request is made under law, the operator personally answers the person who made it. The “Operator”) provides SIGVA and its online features (the “Service”). Personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 1 (Scope and seller)
- These Terms cover use of the Service. Distribution through Discord is the policy; an Epic Games Store release is not the current premise. The Service is offered worldwide from the start. Use or purchase may nevertheless be unavailable where Discord, EOS or the MoR cannot be used, or where law does not allow the Service (Article 22).
- The seller of paid products is Xsolla, the Merchant of Record (“MoR”, the payment company acting as seller) identified at checkout and on the receipt. The purchase is made on Xsolla’s page, which opens in an external browser. The Operator provides the game and manages entitlements.
- The seller’s purchase and refund conditions also apply. These Terms explain game use. Neither document restricts rights that applicable law protects.
Article 2 (Acceptance and changes)
- The Terms and privacy information are made available to read, and express acceptance is obtained. Launching or using the game alone is not treated as consent to everything.
- Changes and their effective date will be announced on the public page and in the game, with any necessary consent for important changes. Ordinarily 30 days’ notice is given.
- Price increases and changed renewal conditions for paid plans will be notified before the affected renewal, with consent where needed. Notice alone will not shorten an already purchased period.
Article 3 (Age and minors)
- The minimum age is 13, subject also to Discord’s country-specific minimum age and applicable law. Thirteen is not a universal eligibility rule. Because the Service is offered worldwide from the start, some countries require an age above 13. Discord age guidance
- People under 18, or otherwise minors under local law, should obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to use and purchase.
- The purchase is made on the seller’s (Xsolla’s) page. Age or a parent’s or guardian’s consent is not necessarily checked on that page. Discord sign-in or the acceptance button alone does not prove guardian consent.
- Purchase and cancellation concerns involving minors can be raised with the MoR and SIGVA contacts in Article 8. Declaring an age or having used the product does not, by itself under these Terms, remove statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Article 4 (Accounts)
- Discord is the only ordinary sign-in method for online use. Records are managed under an independent SIGVA account ID. Some Free Play, local training and saved-replay playback are available without sign-in.
- An Epic Online Services (“EOS”) player ID is created in the background for connectivity and related features and linked to the SIGVA ID. This ordinary flow does not require the user to sign in to an Epic Games account.
- A user-initiated transfer from the old Friend Test may involve ownership verification and legacy Epic identifiers/transfer records. Transfer does not erase bans or prior records.
- Discord names, IDs and avatars are not intended as public game identities. The game uses the user’s chosen SIGVA name. Name changes follow the current service authorization and instructions.
- Account lending, selling and misuse are prohibited. Discord suspension can affect online access.
Article 5 (Features)
- Basic play is free. Early release is not a reason to erase all purchased rights on the basis of a blanket “Beta” disclaimer.
- Because of server congestion or cost, free use may be put in a queue or limited in how often it can be used. Use by paid plans is prioritized as far as possible. When a limit is started or changed, it is announced under the rule for changes in Article 2 (ordinarily 30 days’ notice).
- Features include Bot matches, practice and replays. Bot strength and features may change. Available paid features and limits are shown before purchase. Unavailable or deferred analysis features are not sold as delivered benefits.
- Particular connection quality or the accuracy of AI analysis/predictions is not guaranteed. Analysis should not be treated as a definitive assessment of human ability.
- Effects of faults, maintenance and migration on records are explained, and the necessary recovery/purchaser remedies are provided.
Article 6 (License and video publication)
- A non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license is granted for personal use. Game rights and third-party components remain subject to their owners and shipped license notices.
- Streaming/video: commercial and non-commercial posts are allowed. Content that infringes others’ rights or personal information, and selling or redistributing extracted assets alone, are not allowed.
- Except as permitted by law, modification for misuse, extraction of official Bots/models/server software and unauthorized redistribution are prohibited.
Article 7 (Posts and public records)
- Rights in user-created names, messages and training packs remain with the user or original owner. The user permits the Operator to store, display, distribute and convert formats only as needed to provide/maintain the Service and investigate violations.
- Public information includes SIGVA names, titles, presence, and Bot-clear order, dates, messages and public replays. Privacy section 2 describes the scope.
- Player-facing shared replays are separate from administrative recordings containing inputs. Shared versions contain recorded names, car/ball motion and scores, and are designed to exclude inputs, IP addresses, ping, account IDs and Bot model names.
- Violating posts may be hidden. Ordinary acceptance is not a blanket promotional reuse license.
Article 8 (Paid plans, renewal and refunds)
8.1 Products and prices
| Product | Price/period | Renewal |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | US$9.90/month | Auto-renews until canceled |
| Founder, first 14 days | US$24.90; 14 days of MAX features plus exclusive benefits | No auto-renewal |
| Founder continuation (14-day top-up) | US$19.90 per 14 days | No auto-renewal; bought manually; available only while Founder is on sale |
| Regular MAX | After Founder sales end; monthly only when offered (3 and 12 months are not sold) | Monthly auto-renewal |
The auto-renewing products sold at first are monthly only. Auto-renewing 3- and 12-month products are not sold (reasons in Article 15(6)). Founder is manual and does not auto-renew. The first purchase is US$24.90; continuation is a 14-day top-up at US$19.90 that the user buys. The 14-day top-up can be bought only while Founder is on sale. After sales end, a user who continues chooses MAX or Lite. Founder is sold during the Public Preview. The day sales end is announced at least 14 days in advance. Time bought before sales end may remain after the sales period (it can be used to its end). A top-up can also be bought while time remains. What can be held ahead is limited to “the current remaining time plus one 14-day top-up” (28 days in total), and the top-up is added after the current period. A calendar month is not assumed to equal 30 days: the actual billing period and service start/end dates are shown.
8.2 Purchases and entitlements
- Purchases are made on Xsolla’s payment page, which opens in an external browser. Entitlements are granted directly to the purchasing SIGVA account after the MoR payment notification. Ordinary new sales do not use license-code entry/redemption.
- Founder’s 14-day top-up can also be bought while time remains and is appended to the end of the current period. What can be held ahead is limited to the current remaining time plus one 14-day top-up (28 days in total). A top-up that would take the total above 28 days cannot be bought. Ending Founder sales does not by itself forfeit purchased periods; ending the Service itself is covered by Article 15.
- When changing from Lite to Founder (the first 14 days or a 14-day top-up) or to Regular MAX, the amount for the remaining Lite period is deducted from that product’s price. The amount deducted is “the amount paid for Lite × the remaining period ÷ that whole period”, rounded down to the cent. Remaining Lite is not converted into days and added to the upper plan’s period. Before purchase confirmation, the amount payable after the deduction and whether Lite will be charged again are shown, avoiding duplicate charges.
- Lite cannot be newly bought while MAX time (including Founder’s 14 days and top-ups) remains. It can be bought after the MAX time has ended.
8.3 Lite auto-renewal disclosure and cancellation
- “Auto-renews monthly” is displayed both in SIGVA’s purchase information and the MoR’s final confirmation, with the current total including taxes/charges, renewal price, next billing date/time and time zone, service period, cancellation deadline/steps, access after cancellation and refund conditions. Any minimum commitment or cancellation fee is also stated.
- Cancellation steps: check the seller on the receipt, follow Xsolla’s cancellation instructions and stop renewal for the relevant plan in Xsolla Wallet’s Subscription section. If it cannot be found or canceled, contact MoR support with the order number.
- Confirm acceptance of cancellation and that the next charge is stopped. Xsolla’s general EULA states a deadline at least one day before the next subscription distribution. The exact deadline and time are shown on the final confirmation screen and the subscription management screen. Xsolla EULA §7.4
- After cancellation: the next renewal is stopped and access is retained until the paid period ends. Cancellation and refunds are separate. Uninstalling, signing out, withdrawing consent or deleting a Discord account does not itself complete cancellation.
8.4 Founder’s benefits and “permanent”
- “Permanent”, “lifetime” and “no expiry” mean while the Service continues and account-use conditions are met. They do not promise the operator’s/purchaser’s lifetime, use in a successor service or indefinite server operation.
- Founder includes 14 days of MAX features. These are separate from permanent exclusive benefits and do not grant permanent future MAX access.
- Founder’s permanent benefits that are Founder’s alone are a decal, a title (a number in order of purchase may be attached), a name style and a boost look. Their names today: the decal is Aigrette and the title is Founder.
- Founder also comes with other decals (today Damascus and Lycoris). These are not Founder’s alone: they may become obtainable in other ways later.
8.5 Refunds, cancellation rights and entitlement adjustments
- Contact the MoR identified on the receipt for payment refunds/statutory cancellation. The SIGVA contact also handles missing entitlements, duplicate charges, feature faults and minors’ concerns, coordinating with the MoR and correcting rights. It does not simply decline responsibility because an MoR is used. Feature faults and duplicate charges are corrected. Individual conditions, such as refunds for a change of mind, are determined by the MoR’s terms.
- After a completed refund: periods/benefits attributable to that order are revoked; exclusive Founder benefits are recovered on a full Founder refund. Only the affected part is adjusted on a partial refund. Free progress, unrelated purchases and benefits from other orders are preserved.
- In the record of purchases, only the part from refunded purchases is removed. The same applies to Lite.
- Chargebacks follow the MoR’s investigation/final outcome. Mere suspicion or an application is not grounds for permanent account-wide bans or confiscation of all benefits. Duplicate notifications do not revoke rights twice.
- Settlement of undelivered service at shutdown, and the extension of periods after prolonged outages, are addressed in Article 15, rather than denied solely under voluntary-cancellation conditions.
Article 9 (Bot Challenge, titles and records)
Challenge results, titles and clear order are recorded/displayed. Official servers record/analyze inputs for fairness and fault investigation. Match records are also used for AI training and research. Only a copy with the account ID, name and IP address removed is kept without a time limit. Training and research also use only this copy (Privacy sections 3 and 4). Mode instructions define display, aggregation and leaving conditions. Violations may lead to records being hidden. Official Bot weights are not distributed under the policy.
Article 10 (Additional features such as custom Bots)
Features not yet provided, such as custom Bots, are not promised as usable under these Terms until their scope, execution location, input/model collection, safeguards and price are explained.
Article 11 (Prohibited conduct)
Cheating, unauthorized automated competitive input, input/traffic falsification, impersonation, attacks, exploiting faults, harassment, unlawful posts, publishing others’ personal information, ban evasion, account trading and prohibited real-money transactions are barred. Assistive input and expressly allowed local replay editing are not automatically treated as cheating.
Article 12 (Reports and inquiries)
The Service processes reports/inquiries, target account/match details and handling histories. Chat, posts and Discord tickets have different storage conditions. Verifiable evidence can be limited. Privacy sections 2 and 4 describe scope/retention.
Article 13 (Responses to violations)
Depending on the violation, posts may be hidden, rights limited or accounts suspended. Identification/investigation uses SIGVA IDs, Discord links, EOS IDs and necessary legacy transfer records. Perfect prevention of evasion with another account is not guaranteed. Evidence is retained and objections accepted. A ban alone does not stop MoR auto-renewal. Purchased time continues to run during a justified ban. Where a ban is found to have been mistaken, the purchased period is extended by the number of days that could not be used. Statutory rights are preserved.
Article 14 (Objections)
Send your SIGVA name, friend code or other necessary identifier and reason through the support desk on the official Discord (tickets; the main contact) or to support@sigva.games. Do not send Discord passwords, tokens or card numbers. A reply is normally given within 14 days; if it is delayed, the reason and expected timing are given. An objection window does not extinguish statutory rights.
Article 15 (Outages, shutdown and remaining purchases)
- Maintenance, faults, disasters or third-party circumstances may interrupt the Service. Where features bought for a period could not be used for 24 consecutive hours or more, the purchased period is extended by the number of days that could not be used. Days that could not be used are counted the same way as at shutdown (paragraph 4).
- If the Service is shut down, it is handled as in the following table. The figures are not presented as statutory minimum periods.
| Item | Content |
|---|---|
| Advance notice | At least 35 days before the shutdown date |
| On the day of the notice | New sales and auto-renewals stop |
| Purchased time remaining after the shutdown date | Only the remaining part is refunded (formula in paragraph 4); an order whose period has not started is refunded in full |
| Refund processing guide | Within 30 days after the shutdown date |
- The shutdown date, the day sales and auto-renewals stopped, affected products, calculation and contacts are announced on the public page, in-game and in official Discord notices, and purchaser notification through the MoR is also arranged. Unexpected shutdown is announced promptly once known; short notice does not itself remove settlement.
- Refund formula: for each order, “the amount actually paid for that order × remaining days ÷ all days of that order” is refunded. The amount paid at the time of purchase is used, not the current price. “Remaining days” are the days left after the shutdown date; “all days” are the actual days of the period bought with that order (a month is not assumed to equal 30 days). The refund is capped at the amount paid for that order. For a top-up that has not started, the remaining days equal all days, so it is refunded in full. Because auto-renewals stop on the day of the notice, monthly auto-renewals are expected to finish their last billed period by the shutdown date (a month is at most 31 days). Founder top-ups, too, can be held ahead for at most 28 days in total (Article 8), so they are expected to finish by the shutdown date. Time can remain after the shutdown date where a sudden shutdown makes the notice shorter than 35 days.
- Founder combines time (14 days of MAX features) and exclusive benefits. A Founder order uses the same formula as paragraph 4 on the whole amount paid over 14 days, with nothing deducted for the benefits. Because notice is given 35 days ahead and sales stop that day, Founder’s 14 days ordinarily finish by the shutdown date, and this paragraph applies only in cases such as a sudden shutdown. Benefits are not retroactively overvalued to reduce settlement. Where the entire Founder product was undelivered, the refund is in full (the formula gives the same result). Defining “permanent” does not eliminate every refund/remedy.
- The auto-renewing products sold at first are monthly only; auto-renewing 3- and 12-month products are not sold (Article 8). There are two reasons. Xsolla’s public documentation (checked 2026-10-12) lists, among the cases in which a partial refund request is rejected, “The requested partial refund is for a subscription payment.” and “The payment was made more than 180 days before the request for a partial refund.” (others include a discounted purchase price). And the plan is built so that no period remains after a 35-day notice. Game credits are not a unilateral replacement. Xsolla refund implementation documentation
- The refund processing guide in paragraph 2 is not a guaranteed bank-credit date or a cutoff extinguishing claims. Statutory refund/cancellation rights prevail. Any paid credits require separate classification and shutdown procedures; the time-charge formula is not used for them.
- Founder’s benefits cease to be usable when the Service ends. Remaining local features do not guarantee updates/future compatibility. Privacy sections 4 and 8 govern data; shutdown does not mean all data is deleted that day.
Article 16 (Responsibility)
Connection quality, uninterrupted availability and indefinite record storage are not unconditionally guaranteed. However, the Operator’s liability and consumer rights are not excluded or limited contrary to law. A compensation cap is not set by treating the amount paid to the Operator as nil on the ground that the purchase was made through the MoR.
Article 17 (External services)
Discord is used for sign-in and related features, EOS/EAC for connectivity/player identification/anti-cheat, and the MoR for selling/payments. Their separate terms/privacy information apply.
Article 18 (Information and choices)
The Privacy Policy describes data, purposes, visibility, retention and deletion. Withdrawing online acceptance in Settings is separate from a data request and does not itself delete everything or cancel a subscription.
Article 19 (Anti-social forces)
Use by anti-social forces and improper demands on the Operator are not permitted. Responses follow Article 13 and applicable law.
Article 20 (Business transfer)
Any transfer of the business/contracts/data requires review of its content, recipient, notices/consent and privacy procedures. These Terms do not provide unconditional permission to give all data to a third party.
Article 21 (Partial invalidity and purchase conditions)
Remaining provisions are handled according to law if a provision is invalid. These Terms do not erase product promises in checkout/MoR contracts or statutory rights.
Article 22 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
Japanese law is the basis. No particular court is designated; jurisdiction follows applicable law. Mandatory local consumer protections are preserved. The Service is offered worldwide from the start (Article 1).
Article 23 (Languages)
Japanese and English versions correspond. Japanese controls. Labeling English a reference translation does not restrict local statutory rights.
Article 24 (Contacts)
- Game use, entitlement issues, data requests and objections: the support desk on the official Discord (tickets) is the main contact. Email is support@sigva.games. What is written to the Discord desk is also kept on Discord’s side.
- Payments, renewal cancellation and refunds: MoR contact identified at checkout/on the receipt; Xsolla support where applicable.
- Operator identification: “SIGVA Operations” (run by an individual). Name and address details are not published; when a request is made under law, the operator personally answers the person who made it.
