Payments, cancellation, refunds, bugs, accounts, data requests and appeals against a ban are all handled here. Payment problems are dealt with first.
Please include
- Your SIGVA name (and your friend code, if you have one)
- For payments: the email address you used for the purchase, or the order number
- What happened, when, and the game version
Never send card numbers, passwords or Discord tokens. The operator will never ask for them.
